To ensure the quality of our itineraries, we currently offer planning only for the following countries/regions: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
If your desired destination is not listed, you can still use Travous for self-planning, which supports up to 271 countries and over 2,500 cities.
Yes, it can. Different services have varying limits on changes: QuickGetaway service allows for 3 changes; ExtendedEscape service allows for 4 changes; UltimateEscape service allows for 5 changes. Additionally, you can drag and drop items within Travous to update your itinerary.
To allow us sufficient time to assist you, different services have different deadlines for changes. Please inform us of any alterations before these times: QuickGetaway service: 3 days before departure; ExtendedEscape service: 5 days before departure; UltimateEscape service: 6 days before departure. Note that the departure date refers to the day before your arrival.
While it’s not mandatory, the Travous App simplifies the process of modifying your itinerary, adding items, and sharing and tracking expenses with your travel companions. You can explore its features. In addition, we will provide a PDF file for your convenience.
